After you stop recording, you come on the Assessment Page. First you have to confirm that the interview was completed successfully – in case it had to be stopped incomplete, you need to mark it as ‘Incomplete’ and provide reasons in the drop down

The Assessment is divided into 3 sections
Technical Assessment:
This section displays all the skills that you have dropped on the time line during the interview as also all the JD skills. You can provide Start based rating and free text feedback on each of these. It is mandatory to provide Star Based rating on all the skills.

Soft Skill Assessment
Soft skills added while creating the JD appear here. You are required to provide Star Based rating on each of the Soft Skills.

Overall Feedback
In this section you are required to provide the overall Star Based rating to the candidate, the Select/ Reject Verdict ( against the given JD) and also mark the candidate as ‘Up-skillable’ or Cross-trainable’ if applicable.

Next you are required to record a ‘Video Summary’ of the interview. ( Click on the ‘Add Video Feedback’). You can record up to 3 minutes of video under this giving an overview about the candidate. This is a mandatory step.
Before you can submit the Assessment, you will be required to tick on a check list. Please submit actual data as this is logged and compared with client feedback.
