When you login for the first time, your dashboard will be blank. Statistics will be shown as you start using Monjin. The dashboard has the following cards.
- Top Skills: (Managed through Rights) This card is shown to clients who subscribe to Monjin database of interviews (OCOI). The top skills are displayed with total number of interviews available for each skill-
- Recruiting Efficiency: This card shows a view of usage across your organization based on open positions, invites sent, interviews scheduled, tagged interviews, interviews seen, and interviews selected
- Recruiting Summary: Here, you can view the usage based on views, selects and rejects
- Job Description Summary: You can view Jobs statistics by individual department / BU
- Feedback Summary: If you are an ‘admin’ user, you can view the activities by other user in departments. Other type of users can only see their own stats.
- My Recent Activities: All the recent activities done by the logged in users are displayed in this card
- My Pending Activities: Pending activities includes the actions needed by the logged in user
